SNW Karate offers martial arts lessons in Chester for children and adults at two convenient locations.
 
We practise Shito-ryu Karate - one of the four major styles of traditional karate in the world, in a welcoming, structured environment for all ages and abilities.
 
Our Chester sessions are held at The King's School Chester, Wrexham Road, Chester:
  • Wednesday 6:00pm–7:00pm — Children (5–10 years)
  • Wednesday 7:00pm–8:00pm — Juniors & Adults (11 years+)
We also run Saturday morning sessions at Upton Village Hall, Heath Road, Upton, Chester:
  • Saturday 9:15am–9:45am — Little Warriors (3.5–5 years)
  • Saturday 10:00am–11:00am — Children (5–10 years)
  • Saturday 11:00am–12:00pm — Juniors & Adults (11 years+)
 

What to Expect From Our Classes

Do I need any experience to join? No experience is needed. Every new student starts as a white belt and progresses at their own pace. Our instructors will make you feel welcome from your very first session.
 
Are your instructors qualified? Yes — all of our instructors hold an Enhanced DBS check and are trained to teach students from beginner level through to Black Belt.
