We practise Shito-ryu Karate — one of the four major styles of traditional karate in the world — in a welcoming, structured environment for all ages and abilities.

Whether you are looking for martial arts classes for a young child, a teenager, or yourself as an adult, we have a session to suit you. Classes run four evenings a week with no experience required.

Our regular sessions run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:

6:00pm–7:00pm — Children (6–10 years)
7:00pm–8:00pm — Youth & Adults (11 years+)

On Mondays we also run our Little Warriors programme for our youngest students:

Monday 5:15pm–6:00pm — Little Warriors (3.5–5 years)
